That’s scary! I left a note in the GZ test channel to see if anyone might be of help. Of course things are next to dead there. So no reply of yet.

Are we out of the woods?
It seems that the spam flood has receded, but have there been “casualties”? And how can we help cleaning up this mess?
I’ve spent the last 3 hours exactly, cleaning it all up. It was a LOT, at least 400 in the queue wanting to be approved, and god knows how many posts that were on the page. I had to have banned maybe 600 accounts. Thank you to IanForce and Kimosabe for flagging them, it helped even a little bit. If we get another spam influx again, do not hesitate to ping me on discord in the Generation Zero discord server, I’m a moderator on there too and I’ll allow this just to try and keep the spam on the backfoot.
Spammers can go to hell. This forum is OURS.

Considering Avalanche “killed” their last and only remaining “good” game from the last 5 years.
Cant they kill the registering for the forum too?
We have to be honest, there wont be many new members in the next year and there are already responses to everything anyone could ask about GZ besides why they abandoned it.
Never seen so much SPAM here as yesterday, it was too much.
While im upset they thrown the game under the bus, im inocent i swear 
I have reached out to Miles about the new spam. Hopefully he’ll be able to get to it soon.

I appreciate everyone flagging them as much as they can! I told IanForce in dms but it makes it all go SO much faster, first time around I had to find all the spam myself, this time it was all nicely packed in one spot so I was able to just do it rapid fire. It was about 100 posts this time, if we can keep on it like this it’ll be pretty manageable.

With me it said wait 20 hours. 
Strange Mine is counting down and now at two hours. No idea why …
Maybe I did to many in a short time?
Perhaps. I did a batch this morning and again at noon. I think we were busy and overlapping sometime today 
When I’m “rearmed” I’ll give it another go.

How do you mark them? I can’t figure it out, I’m using my phone.
On the lower right of every posting there are 3 dots, click them and then you’re able to bookmark postings and flag them (opens another menu to choose…)

Really ? I have to wait for 24 hrs when I run out of “ammo”… lol
Maybe raising the number of flags one can set might help, too ?
