Quick ?, I had found an entire set of biking clothes back in a save game in 2020 but the house where I found it got revamped and is no longer bearing the apparel. Is it at random or did they move the suitcase🤔

Thatd a bug, theyre intended to be found upon completing the bike Race, In the Face of Adveristy, mission from FNIX Rising to get it.

They are found in a container after you complete the bike race
EDIT: There will be a mission icon pop up when you complete the race, and it will guide you to the container.
Has anyone found caps with hair for male characters? I’ve found one but I don’t know if I was meant to and that maybe if it’s a bug/glitch? I’m hoping for more because they look so bad without any hair. I know the female characters have hair with the backwards caps

Yeah I looked at those before posting. They only show female styles for the caps
I think the apparel is the same for male and female.

I don’t think it is for backwards caps with hair at least. I tried creating a new female character using a hip hop outfit so that I could get the backwards cap with hair for my main, male character. But when I loaded said main character, the cap didn’t have the hair any more

Like Sabredog said, and if you, for instance want to know what type jacket you are wearing, go into the jacket tab and look for the apparel that has a little white arrow.
