Hi team Ps4 11.6 has the deadzone sensitively been adjusted for both sticks , constant zooming in on map and stationary character screen movement ( player movement no user input ) when not operating control pad , walking around feels like i am on ice sliding , i have mentioned this before a few updates back … And before anybody says its the pad i have 5 controllers new and old and i tried all of them like the last time this happened , cheers 
Watch @Tene youtube February update video for the proof of stationary right stick movement when eating cakes , and right when he has ate the cake watch the cursor in the middle move from center to left and slighty Up ‘’ this is exactly what happens to me ‘’ , this movement also affects the map screen by zooming in , hope this sheds more light
