Game crash and offline mode only

I’m on xbox one and can’t join my buddy. His game is working fine, let’s him join people and let’s other people join him but if I search for a game it crashes and when I start my own game it just says offline mode and i can’t change it

PC Game Pass - Infinite loading screen on new game / continue

Whenever I hit continue, or make a new character from scratch, I’m met with an infinite loading screen and can’t play. First time playing, any solutions? Tried everything from restarting to redownloading. Logged out of everything and relogged. Still met with a blank loading screen. I even tried making a second character.

Xbox Game Pass - Invalid Game Session on trying to play multiplayer

Me and my friend installed the game off of game pass and tried to play multiplayer but we kept getting invalid game session no matter what we tried, Thank you

XBOX / PC Game Pass - Crash on trying to play multiplayer

Basically I’m on Series X when I attempt to make a multiplayer session my game crashes every time without fail, same thing happens to my friend. We’ve tried rebooting altering setting etc. any ideas on how to fix?

These are all caused by the same root issue and we are working on getting it fixed asap.
