When starting and starting to play the first mission I appeared (YOU CAN NOT MOVE AS IF I HAD THE FULL INVENTORY AND A BAR THAT SAYS PRESSES (E) TO OPEN THE TRUNK) apparently the player starts without weapons, items, etc.
