Januari Hotfix Summary of bugs and wishes to be looked at

Hello Guys

I have another update. I could finish the misson by switching the Mode. Regulary i play on skirmish. Now i have switched the mode to adventure and after that it worked. I could finish the mission "Start Site Bravo " by capturing the Savety bureau. The idea came to my as i remebered last year as i started the game in a new world from the scratch. I encourtered the same Issue at the Salthamn Naval Base on Södra Saltholmen. There was an issue that only the markers from the enemys appeared and no enemys where shown up. As i switched to an other mode the mission worked properly.

So it is a bug in the skirmish mode.

What should i have to say i finished the whole game and it was a great last fight in the rocked silo.

The End was nice but one thing i missed at the campfire. It wood be nice when they show your own avatar celebrating with the others, but that’s ranting on a high niveau.

In my opinion. It is a great game and Aspholmen is another piece of artwork. Congrats and many thanks to the devs. When they fixed the bugs they where reported that would be greate.

In any case this game is worth playing and playing it again.

I’m courious what the next project of avalanche and systemic reaction will be.

Well, for me on skirmish it worked without problems, but the last scene with the rocket didn’t work as expected. For me it just hang in the sky. For my mate as guest it worked correct.

But I’ll try your advice in my 2nd world with the building blocks mission, that’s stuck.

That could be, that it worked fine for you. You are on an other platform (PS5), i’m on PC. It could be, that what worked fine on the PC it worked worse for the PS5 and Xbox. That we had in 2021 when a big update arrived. Before the game was nearly unplayable fpr PS5 and Xbox users, but on PC it worked proper.

Can’t say, I took what other said for granted, now you say something different. I myself didn’t make a note of them during the missions. The only one I know for sure is Tiger.

If you find Dazzle in Klinte, was it on Veronika’s roof?

Nope, in a random toolbox. The Miami paintjob was on the roof as expected. The same goes for Tiger and Shadow, both found at the locations from your list.
Will see what happens at Örnbo as I already have that PJ, too… :man_shrugging:

So they made it so that people can find them in different ways. That’s cool.

It’s bugged. Sometimes it works first time, sometimes it takes two or three attempts. I reported it on the previous bug list and made a post about it.

Fast travel away quit the game and try going to the location again. It will work eventually.

So it may not be a bug, so much as a “here’s a QA thing”…

While playing, I couldn’t figure out where the road tunnel entrance was to the final section - the marker on the map was a nondescript bit of hillside when I walked to it.

So, I hiked up to the top of the hill, and found a concrete bunker with a lot of locked doors, and then when I was examining one buried a bit below the missile silo, a whole bunch of runners and a green goo Tank appeared. So I defeated them, and decided based upon an earlier jumping puzzle with an earlier silo to try to jump down the silo and land on structures along the way.

Well, I fell some way down and died. Then I used an adrenaline shot, and tried to figure out what I was supposed to do. Much being shot by gun turrets later, I fast-travelled back to the safe house.

So, what the mission really needed was an explicit direction to follow the road to the underground entrance, a physical barrier to the top of the silo, and for the location-triggered event which calls the runners and the tank to be activated only AFTER passing out through the silo-side door, not by merely being outside it.

Couldn’t find anything so far during my search of the safehouse building itself. (Assuming the PJ is to be found in there…) Didn’t really look in the surrounding buildings so far, maybe I’ll do that later if it’s not to be found in the safehouse building. :thinking: :man_shrugging:

Searched all surrounding buildings, containers and even the hatches… nothing… :man_shrugging:

So for me there’s no pet paint there. ymmv though as I got it already in elsewhere.

As for the missing 2 companion paint jobs, maybe there are only 12 new ones to find, and was the announcement of 14 a mistake.

There is also something going on with the UI for the Mopeds:



I don’t know how to reproduce this, but after some time of playing the game, interacting with a Moped will show the cyan box instead of the repair kit or gas can and display ‘10/100’ instead of ‘100/100’. This did not happen before the last update.

Also I am under the impression that the longer you’re playing, the more something is deteriorating in the game. After some time of playing, the splash screens for the weapons you picked up stop showing and so on.

I am also fairly sure that two Hunters that I was fighting on the airfaild disappeared again right before my eyes.

Also the filters in the inventory still do not work correctly. E.g. even if have set my filter to ‘chronological’ in the workbench, it will start with ‘alphabetical’. Recycling a weapon the will set it ‘chronological’ correctly. And while I do appreciate that we now have the filter for ‘suitable weapons’ back in the Plundra and FMTel Reward Trunk, I cannot choose a weapon after selecting this filter. The FMTel Reward Trunk also is still missing the filter for Resources.

And the door above the stairs down to the generator room in Hermelinen Command Bunker has new gap between the door and the doorframe:

I noticed this, too.
Everything else not yet.

Well, the filters, ok, they are broken somehow. Depending on which filters I select my game still crashes.
