Minigun eats ammo, hip shooter and unstoppable shells and it shreads anything
Yeah but I feel too slow with itā¦ And it just eats 7.62.
7.62, sadly. The new ammo drop mechanic kind of sucks, you still get enough ammo but now you have to recycle and craft the one you want - same outcome but with more steps. My finger hurts tapping x button to craft 5 bullets at a time when you can spend 1000+ in one intense fight. Before exp AI-76 ammo like .270 werenāt supposed to be crafted in such huge numbers I guess
Yeah, the craftables amounts, especially for the ammo that you canāt find on the battlefield, should have been adjusted.
The majority of the ammo I find is the same ammo I use and carry with me for our new Exp Al-76.
.50 cal AP, 7.62 FMJ and 5.56 AP. Regardless of what is loaded, I find all kinds, maybe a little more of the exact caliber that is in the magazine but not sure.
Tried with .44 hollow, and also found .44 hollow a lot, but with the Al76ā¦ if you donāt like the recoil with .50, you shouldnāt try with .44 and higher rate of fire. 
No luck yet for me for any the new experimentals. RNG being brutal again.
But the chances of gaining any experimental seems way lower than before!
What I think is the fastest way, base assaults. One of the 2 I got that way was from a easy assault doing the melee weapon mission.
And then the one I got from a Rival, it was just a lvl 2 or 3 FNIX harvester. No need to chase lvl4 Rivals that also seems to be a bit bugged in the loot.
If one of yall plays on Xbox or pc gamepass/microsoft store, I will give you my soul for the exp AK, Iāve killed too many rivals to count, killed the vulture, done 3 base assaults, a base defense, but I canāt seem to get any of the new ones lol. I got 4000 uranium, and over 13000 cement, and tons of every other resource, and I got every other gun in the game if anyone wants to sell me one, Iām out of options now lol. I think maybe they made exp drop rate lower
Donāt give up! I maybe did close to 10 assaults before first new exp. gun.
And durring the daily mission āKill 10 harvestersā I haunted all Rival level 4 harvesters I had roaming around but it was the last that was only a level 2 or 3 that hit the jackpot.

I spawned in the reaper so Iām thinking maybe Iāll give him a try, if not itās back to rival farming lol
After about 15 base assaults, 10 rivals and a reaper I still just got 3 exp HP5ā¦ And some others old ones. But not like 26 in total, maybe 6.
