Steps To Reproduce: Upon first finding location, in the building to the right side of the mast

In the military building beside the radar mast there is an empty journal with no related quest attached to it.
Maybe if people on other game versions could confirm if they experience this too that would be helpful, the radar mast is just east of Hagaboda in the north, as this might just be a broken quest for ps4 or something that affects all versions. Thanks folks!
While wandering I have found this notebook (journal) with no quest. Almost three month after the @tene 's report, has anybody found the answer ? I hesitate to pick it up as I do not want to break some mission a haven’t started yet ?
NB. And there is a locked not-pickable container outside of the safe house not far from the mast.
Thanks for the answer. However I CAN pick the journal and I have entered (accomplished) the Vesslan bunker at the very beginning of this playthrough and now I can fast-travel inside.
Ah, now I remember. It’s related to a mission in the area. Where you go to locate a guy who went to tap into the radar network when the invasion began. I think picking up the journal finishes the mission.
thanks for answering that for me while i was away @Zesiir! Yes @Bazyl be careful, though the journal isn’t needed for finishing the quest, getting it early has left it permanently blank for me. you can find the mission trigger in hagaboda if i remember correctly but this is going back like three months haha
