PS4 Patch 1.18?

Hi!

Just fired up my game and it downloaded a patch called 1.18 on my PS4.
I cannot find anything on it, except maybe the notes that were left on the Steam patch announcement I did a few days ago.

Anyone got some in-depth patchnotes on this patch?

And - again; why was it not announced anywhere?
