Since the December 2020 update, this appears to be happening again. I have already destroyed two more that I found after having wiped the map clean. I only play in Single Player (SP) and up until the latest update have never seen one in over a month. Just yesterday I have had to destroy two. Is this a BUG or by update design?

Steps To Reproduce: Not sure, wait long enough and one will return somewhere.
