maybe another findable item in game, maybe find lens cleaner in loot boxes and such to be used on the GasMask, maybe make event on it,

the Mega Ticks have taking over Östertörn 
they have poisoned the all the air, NOWHERE is safe to walk without a GasMask, loot boxes & such will contain Lens Cleaner 2 help keep those GasMask free from smoke fog, dirt & the things, lol

Having different quality levels for screen clarity is something I can get onboard with - I just want a clear screen

It was, but just with this changed menu screen… There never really was a giant tick. I believe it was once on halloween.
I seldom use them as they are virtually worthless. A stash of med kits is of more use. Perhaps they should offer a new schematic to build a better filter/mask.
