Rivals randomly dying

Description: rivals randomly die. sucha huge issue as this has brought my friends region level down several times and therefore cannot get the reaper to spawn and wasting hours upon hours of time

Is it the same issue, though? On @Timz’ video it happens without any players being nearby.

One of the reasons I back up my saves every hour, or so.
