Why cant i complete this mission?

so im at the point Where i have to escape the RÖ facility on the mission ”a wrench in the works” but when i escaped the facility it didnt explode, i went into every room and went in and out from the facility multiple times but it still didnt explode. Does anyone know why?

Its a bugged mission and is a commonly reported issue, its also a known issue

Cannot finish Wrench in the Works

Platform: PC Description: I am at the escape the factory part of Wrench in the works. I have left the underground area in multiple place and it will not update the quest showing i have left it. Updated from the computer in the tunnels then it updated to escape the factory and no matter where i go it will not update that I have escaped. even left to other parts of the map and nothing. Not sure if its a bug or if i am missing something. Thank you.
