They’ve been introduced in memorial of Uncle thick from neebs gaming, who passed away by cancer.

Nevermind, i found a youtube vid with the location.
last I looked, those cloths can now be accessed without being connected to the Internet 
before update u had to be connected to Internet, like events are when turning on game
before update the door was locked unless you were connected 2 internet
