A look at the possible future of the game

I’ve been playing Zero Generation for a long time and am a big fan of the game. In this article I would like to offer my vision on the possible further development of Zero Generation. (For convenience, the article will be broken down into paragraphs.)

  1. Dynamic world change.
    Dynamic weather is already present in the game, so why not do the same for light. For reference, we take one in-game day as a unit of time. With time let equal to 20 game days, it is in the night on 21 days (game) in the game turns off the light of cities and remains only in free-standing farms and houses (I will say that in bunkers and safe shelters light remains) then already on 25 game day turns off lighting and free-standing houses, farms. The same applies to the light and from cars. Blinkers and headlights are turned off for 3-4, game days. The same mechanics will be applied to burning objects, such as tanks, cars and robots, which are often destroyed in the game. On the conditional 5-6 game day instead of fire begins to go smoke, and on 7-8 remains charred, charred model (texture).
    What this change would bring to the game: Would make the world more alive, would add realism and gloominess of the game, would show the passage of time in the game world, improved perception of individual locations.
    2)Dynamic story component.
    What I mean is. We all know that there is a faction of Soviet vehicles, there are tasks aimed at revealing the plot and prehistory of the landing, there are Soviet camps and bases. there are also landing sites, as well as all sorts of collectibles. A very good step will be the addition of this faction and everything related to it only after passing the story mission “Behind the Curtain”. Accordingly, on the 5-6 game day after passing the above-mentioned task, there are Soviet cars and their camps, collectibles, tasks, in a word, everything related to them. And accordingly, after passing the tasks associated with the Soviet machines opened the final chain of quests last update. Such a measure would improve the perception of the plot and sequence of events of the game world of zero generation for new players. Something similar can be invented for the resistance by adding it to the game world after passing a certain world mission.
    What this change will mean for the game: improving the perception of the sequence of game events and story for new players, forcing players to return to old locations of the game and re-explore them.
    3)Change in the placement of the game factions Soviets and FNIX.
    And so this item will change the zones of appearance of Soviet and FNIX machines. The zone of appearance of Soviet machines will be limited to two regions: northern and swamp regions, all other regions are for FNIX. For understanding I will attach a map red shaded Soviets, blue-FNIX, double shaded zone the place of their collision, empty not shaded zone is empty neither Soviet nor fnix machines do not appear there. The purpose of the change is to fix a bug because of which in places of collision fnix and Soviets very much dropped frames, to very low values.
