Was playing and the xbox restarted after controller stopped working, after logging inn again all my progress was lost, i was level 33-34 and had all exp weapons and alot more, is this progress lost or can i somehow get it back, similar thing happend awhile ago when the game crashed as i was deleting a base so i lost all my concrete and other materials, i was pissed but i could live with it but this really pisses me off as all my progress is now lost, it doesnt make sense why it would delete all my progress. Spoke with xbox support and did what they told me and i got nothing back

I guess it’s not deleted, but not connected to your account any more.
Idk Xbox, maybe others can help more.
A similar thing happened on my PS4, and unfortunately there was nithing tyat could be done accept basically restsrt the whole game, it was more of a system memory problem than a game issue.
You can load you backup save from the memory you need to press the menu button on the game on the xbox startpage and press then on addons and content and then it should show your saves
Unfortunately mine did the same thing and there were no saves under there. My account showed like 76kb of info while my wifes account who she hasnt even made it to the first church yet, shows 188kb.
Nothing you can do. Happened to me 3 times. Once at lvl 31, then at lvl 85 then last December at lvl 167. I contacted SR and they said the game saves are on the Xbox cloud, not with them. I contacted Xboxlive, they said it looks like my cloud save was corrupted. All gone!
