when i am in game now since the update and need adrenalin sticks they are not respawning at Ostra Mark farm or HIMFJELL Hotel anymore. this is even after shutting the game down and playing it the next day the Adrenalin Rush sticks are just not there anymore after taking them once they have never respawned again
Once you picked up an adrenaline shot, they never return. It has become an one time pick-up since the May 2021 update.

Indeed, and further adjustments have been made to prevent farming such items in other locations.
Since this isn’t a bug, I’m closing this report.
