ADRENALINE HOT FIX FOR CONSOLE xbox did not work after collecting 4 they become non existent the only thing this hot fix manage to fix was the work around your game is broken for solo play solo players have been penilised severly and cut off from enjoying the other Areas the game has to offer
Have you restarted? (Complete restart, not new char)
I was not finding anything before I totally wiped my save and started again.
Game seems a lot better now.
I had some missions break before, and didn`t find any adrenaline shots.
Now, I am back around the same point as before, and i have 19 shots. Enjoying the game a lot more now!

You don’t get a lot of them but you do get them, they seem to be much more common in bunkers though
