In case you have the Apline Unrest DLC, there are Adrenaline´s in the björntunet hotel and in FOA4.
Thats my go-to-sites for adrenaline.

it´s easier to obtain them in the Archipelago.
Do you play in the PS4 by any chance?
There are 8 really easily obtainable ones on Himfjäll that respawn with every fast travel.
Go to the hotel, one behind the stairs, one in an upstairs spa room.
Fast travel to the north of the island and run to the “Hell Mouth” base. There pick the lock on the 2x storage buildings with toxic waste barrels and you’ll find 3 in each building.
While at the Hell Mouth base, drop a radio. Fast travel to Hotel. Rinse and repeat, only you can now fast travel between the base and hotel directly.

I don´t know if he has the firepower to go to That base, otherwise it works.
The hotel still works though .

You can run it without fighting the tanks etc. but yes, if you’re a low level then it could be tricky the first time.
Once you clear the courtyard of the base you’re free to keep doing it though as they won’t respawn.
Plus, it works well as a group exercise if you play multiplayer as you each get your own adrenaline shots and don’t have to share. And like you say, the hotel doesn’t involve any effort outside of fast traveling.
(Which on Xbox is a gamble in itself!)
Look into loot bags and suitcases to find a-shots since these are the only ones that contain them. Loot boxes doesn’t contain a-shots.
Also, you can find a-shots lying around individually but almost all of them are one time pick up only, unless you know the few spots where they respawn each time you Continue your game.

There a few on the archipelago, but as it´s been said, they are One time pick up only.
What I meant was that the probability to find adrenaline in the archipelago is higher than in the other regions.
At least it has been for me that way.

howToProperlyFarmFOA4
Enter the FOA4 complex (Hellmouth mission completion is required) and go thru the tunnel-like entrance until you get to the lobby/reception.
Take a right and go through the door straight ahead, into a small office.
The first adrenaline is on the floor in front of the soldier laying against the back right wall.
Go back to the lobby, take a sharp right and then left to find a red bunker door that prompts “unlock”.
Unlock and go through that door and into the main “hangar”, the lights will turn on as you go further in.
Make sure you take the path to your left.
At the end of that corridor, you´ll find a parked car with the rear door/trunk open.
the second adrenaline is on the wooden crate behind the car.
Go back to the main hangar, but keep going straight, past the entrance and open the hangar door (vehicle-wide door) in front of you.
Keep going down that second hallway/corridor until you can turn left, towards several huge engines (emergency generators i suppose).
Turn left, equip your gasmask (optional 
) and go into the gas-filled stairwell, down ONE floor and go thru the red door.
Keep going to the end of that corridor, follow the right turn.
At the end of the corridor there are some wooden crates.
On the one to your right you´ll find 3 more adrenalines.
Go back to the stairwell, go down to the bottom floor (the one just above the water) and go through the red door.
Again, follow the corridor, go down the flight of stairs and follow the corridor to the end.
There you´ll find more wooden crates and on the one to your left you´ll find the last 3 adrenalines.
I usually drop a radio here, at the bottom of the FOA4 facility and fast-travel to the hotel for 2 more adrenalines, before “rinsing and repeating”, running the same route but backwards, towards the FOA4 exit, picking up a total of 16 adrenalines for each cycle.
I prefer going the “wrong way” at FOA4 because the enemies inside arent expecting you to come from that direction, providing ample opportunities to take them out before they see you. 
Im not saying you should do as ive written since its kind of cheesing the game, but the choice is now yours.
Another spot for adren farm:
Spawn at the airfield safe house, and exit through the hole in the fence south of the safehouse. Go to the trench nearest to the hole. Once there you will find a small wooden panel with an axe stuck into it. Break the wooden panel by shooting it. There will be two adren inside. Quit to menu and repeat.
