Alpest Unrest DLC: Specks of Happiness (An Alpine Unrest Appreciation Thread)

ZOMG
That feeling when you fight a bunch of hunters and dogs around the bear statue, and you’re doing alright.

And then an Apo tank joins the fight.

And then while you’re dodging that tank, an Apo tank Rival level 4 joins then fight.

I found something a bit strange in one of the hotel rooms and I was wondering if anyone could give me context to it. If it has something to do with a mission please do not say anything to me.

So I was looting some of the hotel rooms when I first got into the hotel and I came across a room With a dead body, and the word ‘STICK’ written all over the walls in spray paint. I’ll try and get a picture up but I was curious if anyone knew what it meant. And again, if it has something to do with a mission or spoilers don’t say anything to me. Thanks.

I noticed that too, but have no idea either, sorry.

Stick in swedish means “Get out”. Since it’s written in blood it’s likely a The Shining reference. “REDRUM”!

Shining angle is further supported by the carpet and the little tricycle I guess.
Oh, and having the maze outside?

(Maybe that’s the entire point of the place, in which case, duh, but I haven’t actually read/watched the Shining, so I wouldn’t know.)

Oh, you think that’s hard! You young people haven’t suffered enough! Apart from the fact that mine took twelve hours to download (if you see Macron, slap him for me), I had a bug in that mission, and had to fight off 24 waves of attackers, before I crashed and burned. By the end I was throwing packets of the Hotel’s complimentary peanuts at them, since I had no more ammunition left…

Red Rum was a race horse the horse in real life had some strange stuff going on .:v:

TIL robots have a severe peanut allergy. I know we’ve moved to bioweapons in the update, but that’s just mean…

They started it! I was minding my own business…

I bet you were stuffing towels and soaps into your luggage.

Well, I was, but I had to wave the towels to get them away from the building, squirt the shampoo in their eyes and make slip-over “traps” with the soap…
