I have found 2 or 3 scopes (looked like shot gun scopes) on the island, on the floor or in shelves, which did not end up in my inventory - neither as attachments or mission items. One was in the party house below the hotel, iirc.
Anyone else seen those?
Most likely game bug. I also found one such scope (SE from bear hotel, in a “beer bar” cabin) and after picking it up, nothing happened.
