I’m missing one mission for the final tier of the forest region challenge, and I was just wondering if hazardous contents, exchange student, scrap metal, and woodcutter are the only side missions in said region. I’ve done every story mission and every other region is complete. Is it a bug or am I missing something?
There are 5x side missions in Forest region. The 4x you already listed but what you’re missing is Tilting At Windmills.
Hint: it starts at Östervik.
