I cannot equip ammo into this gun and still not getting any items out of tool boxes.
Cannot get any adrenaline shots or med kits, they seem to have completely vanished.
Hope all of this gets changed soon
toolboxes being empty has been acknowledged as a known issue still after the June update so hopefully they can fix it soon
have you tried dropping the weapon and re-equipping it?
i had a similar issue where i would put ammo in a weapon and it would spit it back into my inventory. dropping it and picking it back up fixed it.

I had the same problem with any weapon. (I think it was Automatgivär 4) started working when I moved it to a different character. I think it showed 3 binoculars on the weapon.
I had a similar issue with the AG-4 suddenly having two scopes. Dropping it and picking it up solved the issue.

My AG5 once refused to accept AP ammo after emptying my supply of FMJ. I removed the extended mag and reequipped it, and it went back to normal.
same, i had it with the mag or something alike, taking them both of then throwing one away and putting one back on will fix it.
