Deployed Ammo packs do not give grenaides , but when clicked on with a grenaide it will take up a use of the ammo pack, seems the same with fireworks , maybe more items also.

Ammo packs only give ammo for guns, this is not a bug. It will give ammo to the weapon you have out, and it’s corresponding ammo type.
