Not sure if this is just on the Xbox version but using tech view on an APOC Harvester doesn’t show any of the components.

To see the components you have to find the blueprint of this machin first. However I think there is no blueprint of Apo Harvesters so far.
As stated above, you’ll need machine blueprint for apo harv. And since there is no blueprint for that in the game, the Tech View isn’t broken. Instead, it’s working as intended.
