Found a weapon at a Soviet Recon Camp Marshlands region which is buried near a downed soldier. Digging for buried weapons and other supplies might be a nice touch. But it right now it’s just annoying me that the weapon can’t be picked up.
Same as the schematic behind a door blocked by debris that can’t be blown up at the IGA Industrial Facility Forest region.

Tried for a while 
no joy. My mate still-beef gave it a go for longer than me, I got bored waiting went to kill something, he was there quite a long time with no luck either.
If they added digging mechanics and shovels I wouldn’t complain, but I feel like missions and things like that should be added with it too.
