If someone doesnt have this, ill be surprised due to it being required to play the game since Base Assault update.
As for the rewards, i guess theres a chance you get both the EXP Medkits as ive only gotten one type from the Tanks reward each time ive done it, twice before they stopped and once after they worked again.
