Issue with Avalanche apex connect account disconnecting after a few hours of gameplay

It’s been a recurring issue for years, as far back as I can remember since the system was implemented on Xbox, it’s consistent in that I can’t stay logged into the game for longer than 6 hours before it disconnects me from my Avalanche Apex Connect account… It’s been going on for so long I figured it was just part of the game needing to reconnect for maintenance but it gives a message about needing an Avalanche account but when I check my settings instead of saying “logged in” it just says “connecting” and will never connect back even after 6+ hours of gameplay later… I can only log back into Avalanche Apex Connect account by quitting out of the game and relaunching it… It’s been a minor annoyance as I could finish most daily quest before it disconnects me but after completing a melee only base assault the other day and an smg base assault today only to find out neither counted, I’ve gotten fed up and decided to post here hoping for a fix! I can’t get consistent results on what causes the disconnection, I’ve used different characters, different Xbox and yet the problem still persist… Any fix would be awesome!
I guess they didn’t expect someone to play that long in a row.
Maybe you should just play less hours per day or at least in a row.
It’s also healthier to make breaks
