Just 01:14 hrs compleat a base assault mission by using only submachine guns, which I did M/46 Kpist SMG no other gun was used but I didn’t get assignment completion notice, and when I checked it still there to compleat. ?

Did you use any flares, radios or place land mines? Those count as other weapons and will negate the achievement. Smoke grenades, too.
The only way to get around that is to back off after you clear the base, but before you touch the shield generators. Wait for the countdown to return to expire, then approach the base to reset the mission. The base won’t rebuild, but the generators are now ready for you to use the specific weapon you need to accomplish the daily.
