Can’t recall it but it was either of the two:

1. Found it somewhere inside the room 237.
2. Didn’t found it at all and completed the mission with one missing mission item. Next time i launched the game, the missing item magically appeared at the mission items list.

Yes, sometimes I could swear the Windows auto-correction is on although I disabled it.

I do swear that this actually happens! I have all mission items completed so far, while I am sure that there were a couple of missions with missing items when I finished them.

EDIT: Yes, it happened again. Now mission items are complete. However, I SWEAR (this time for real) that I saw this letter, “Ingvar Larsson” written on it by hand, in blue. I could not pick it up. I hope someday all those wonky things are fixed.
