Blurry World and Loot issues

No matter where I go the game is blurry. I have tried the settings in game and Nvidia Control Panel. Im not sure what else I can do you see the in-game world crystal clear like the trailor for the game. I have the game set to Ultra settings and it runs smooth but the blurriness has go to go. There are several times I cant finish getting all the loot because I just simply select the box or bag to take the loot. Please Help!

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
CPU : I7 8700
Motherboard : ROG Maximus XI Hero ( Wifi)
Gpu : Nvidia GTX 1050 ti
Memory : 16gb ddr4

first thing im thinking is are you wearing a gasmask? because the gasmask has a blurry filter on it.

I have the same problem, my eyes gets destroyed playing this game because of the blur effect (but i still enjoy it).

i guess a little blurry effect is always on … and ya i dont like it to. But you could change the settings from TAA to FXAA. TAA makes it blurry too. and of course disable motion blur if you havent. But a little blurry is still there
