Bone like log/tree

About those strange-looking logs; have you ever wondered why the devs put them in the game? They look a bit out of place, don’t you think? If they were new assets, why are there only three of them? For instance, wood debris and unrooted tree trunks are common wherever deforestation has occurred, whether it’s from lumberjacking or the destruction caused by heavy machinery in this war against FNIX.
But these strange logs are lone items far away from devastation areas.

They almost feel like they were placed as a test asset or some kind of environmental filler the devs never fully developed. Could be something recycled from theHunter: Call of the Wild. And their texture is bleached and worn smooth, makes them look like driftwood from the sea but brought inland. If they were meant to show FNIX damage or logging, you’d expect clusters near torn up ground or machinery, not just a few random pieces lying around like they washed ashore in the middle of nowhere. Maybe they’re remnants of FNIX’s resource gathering, where machines stripped and transported timber, leaving a few pieces scattered far from the main devastation. Would they even use wood to fuel their gear? Sure is a head scratcher!

Well Tim, I found a fourth bone-like log today. I will add it to the map with some delay.

But be sure,
even though I adore
these precious four.
There might be more,
or even galore?

You’ve found a fourth one? That’s great work! I’ll be looking forward to tracking it down once it’s on the map! I’ll be certainly looking for more too!

Strange fossil of wood,

half-branch, half-skeleton bone,

puzzle of the shore.
