Boss immortal, we shoot at least 14 grenades and 10 rockets, and his life was still 100%.
This is normal. On the Reaper’s “knees” and “shoulders” are 4 shield generators. You’ll see them as round attachments with a glowing dot. When they spark the Reaper is invulnerable. When they stop sparking it is vulnerable so concentrate fire on the shield generators. Around 6-10 hits with a .50 cal is usually enough on adventure difficulty to take out a generator. When all those have been shot out go for the kill as normal but of course look out for its special attacks and the support it calls in.
I don’t think that’s a Reaper though. Its name is Resen C-670.

Did the boss move at all? Sometimes bot’s get stuck and just stand around. You can shoot but not damage and they don’t fight back.
