Investigated this and noticed that there are actually two collectables on this location while the location stats incorrectly shows there being only one.
Tärnboda skans has a vacation photo AND an audio log, but only the vacation photo seems to count as progress to get 1/1 collectables collected in that location.
I have made a bug report of this and we’ll get around to fixing this issue as soon as we can find the time!
In the meantime, without being to spoilery, I can say that the other collectable is not too far off from were you were, but definitely in the outskirts of Tärnboda Skans. See hidden spoiler below if you want a clearer description of where to go to find it.

The vacation photo collectable can be found at the concert area, on the stage, in the outskirts of Tärnboda Skans.

OK, thanks for the information. since I have more than the objects to recover or hunt from the robot.
I take advantage of this subject, for the objects to collect, they are not all mentioned when we go to the place icons, are there others that are outside?
