Bug report pc can't claim safe house

hi i encounterd a bug a wile back whare i clamed a safe house but will not cahnge from the undiscovedr state.

i found dis bug while i was going for all safe houses and did not have the privius ones unlocked and was in combat while claiming the safe house and now can’t use it

There are two destroyed houses.
Go to the window of the one without the plundra and jump. Now it’s unlocked.
