Description: Upon searching a body and attempting to step into a tent, I got unfixably stuck at the entrance of the tent. I could not go prone or crouch/uncrouch to free myself. Returned to the tent and the bug is reproduced if you walk into the tent.
Steps To Reproduce: Walked up to the military tent between the clear-cut and the farm (approx 350m WNW of the Forest Worker’s Barracks)
Yes, there are still some places where this can happen. Just by reporting it and the exact coordinates the devs can fix it. And still it can happen again in future, if some small changes of the terrain or the placement of the objects are done.
In general you can try to free yourself in different ways:
handgrenade
experimental 12G Shotgun with experimental medical ammo
= Both trigger a ragdoll effect that can free you.
field radio, place it while being stuck and use fast travel to its position.
fast travel to any other Location
I guess, because of these known workarounds in many cases there are too few reports.
This happened to me the first hour I played the game. I think it was the same tent as the OP. I quit the game to solve it that time. Now I always crawl into and out of tents to be sure I don’t get stuck. Not the tents with big entrances though…they seems to be fine.
