I am playing on PC, and I picked up a assault rifle, I can’t remember exactly where it was, but it was next to a body up against a car where you find the convoy carrying the “classified cargo” for a mission and I also got this item, it does not have a picture or a name/description and can not be attached to any weapons.

Odds are it’s a scope that just isn’t showing up or something? I know I picked up a “good” condition handgun the other day and every time I’d equip it, my sidearm slot would show empty and the gun couldn’t be swapped to and couldn’t be used! Also made me ALWAYS sprint and not be able to crouch down so I kept getting detected by machines! Had to drop it and another player in my game also had the same problems until he also got rid of it

Same problem on PS4 Slim, playing solo.
Location at (-2420.353, 1724.155).
I’ve never experienced that, and I could not put it on any weapons. I finally dropped it yesterday because inventory management in this game is a nightmare. I’m curious what it was supposed to be though

Xbox solo player here. Same exact glitch. Takes inventory slot, but does nothing.
NOTE: Inventory management in this game is truly horrible. It has killed me.
