Killed right after picking up the note from the soldier in the weapons storage gas room.
Respawned at safe house and game crashed. Re loaded the game and ran back to room. Every enemy reset and now the room is locked. I cannot finish Flying Blind mission.
same here even tho i had full health i died instantly
