On PC, single player. Unable to access the generators to destroy them as the sentinel in the middle of the base will not stop glowing, making it impossible to attack. I’ve even created a second character, but exactly the same thing has happened.
Maybe you already know this, but I tell you anyway, just in case. 
You need to destroy all little generators before you can attack the red glowing FNIX Command Center.
The little generators need to be opened before you can destroy them.
It might be a bug, there is a thread about that.
