Building blocks no command center to destroy

Description:
I’m on building blocks mission I was playing multiplayer at one point with a friend he was host and we did this mission completed it but then when I sign in for a single player play it says to destroy the command center but I have the truck up already and can build there’s no command center to destroy
Steps To Reproduce:
Idk what I possibly can do it’s just there no need to reproduce

Host or Client:
I was Client and finished this quest but once becoming host again I noticed it bugged
Players in your game:
One friend when completed mission myself when discovered bug

Same issue on Xbox OneX, its been like this since building Blocks mission was available, I completed it on a friends map on multiplayer, went to my own map and I have no command centre to destroy, cant go any further with the game.
