In attempts to get back some schematics (several were removed with the last update) I noticed that the barn where you would grab the schematic was utterly sealed off…The schematic is registered within the sealed off section too. From the interior entrance there are assortments of crates all blocking it off and both exterior entrances are boarded up and unable to be opened. This makes obtaining the schematic…problematic.

Yes, schematics that are moved due to revamping of the area, should be close to the old location according the devs.
Okay, so it is still inside the barn, it wasn’t moved. The way to get it…is to drop a field radio near one of the windows and fast travel. If done right, you get inside.

What do you mean just right? I don’t wanna waste all my radios trying to get something that might be fixed soon. Can you screenshot where you need to stand, look, and point out where the radio needs to be sitting on which side of the building to get it?
Just discovered you can break a window on the south side, stand on the green tarp covered boxes under the ramp, and set the field radio inside the closed section of the barn. Super easy actually

Been trying to get this schematic and I couldn’t figure out if it was missing completely or just accidentally placed underground or something.
So it’s actually located in the stalls section of the barn?
And that section has been barricaded…
That’s not very nice. 
Let’s hope the devs will fix this soon!
