Bunker Uttern isn’t loading, instead of it there is just an empty space

ive come across this a couple times before 
Marty Mcfly is tampering with the 1985 timeline again, things not there yet or etc, bunker wasn’t built or hasn’t started construction on the cave site

ive even come across some towns that have missing houses, empty furniture in others, etc, like I’ve traveled back in time, before houses were built 
however, not sure how I travelled back in time, because I didn’t use the Dolaren Car from the barn, I have no clue

A gap in the time, because the Delorean and the Tardis are in the same period and region.

For how long did you play before you came there?
Did you try a restart of the PS4?

Hey, I restarted the game 8 times, it didn’t help at all 
I can just start the game, go there and even then the bunker wouldn’t loading. I have this trouble 3 days (sorry for my english 
)
when these glitches happen to me, they go away, I continue with what I was doing, sometimes I get the freeze black loading screen also, I sometimes fast-travel halfway to were I was going

I tried go to the bunker as fast as I can and it worked!)
Damn, 3 whole days of trying…

Started my game today for a test, lost my safehouses again and started at uttern bunker.
Everything was fine there.
