I have watched dozens of videos to confirm the locations of the collectables and on my game they are not there? I am missing 3 in total 1 blue print and 3 gnomes ? Any one else having this issue?
I can confirm I have found collectables after the Jan patch but have not found (or looked for) and gnomes and have not seen any more blueprints.
I am only doing Alpine Unrest currently though and only part way through the main story.
