Long story short; been playing this game on and off for three years.
forgot recycling was a thing and for some odd reason it never worked.
reinstalled it, restarted it, etc.
no fix.
i can drop resources in, cannot recycle ammo, other components.
bring it back like toonami…

284 hours in… hella good game though.
just wanna enjoy it rightfully so.
