Cannot swap specifically to level 3 sidearm

**Steps To Reproduce: Equip Moller PP level 3 sidearm

**Images / Videos: N/A

**Host or Client: Host is myself

**Players in your game: Myself and one other

**Specifications:  initially swaps to with hotkey but after swapping to any item or primary weapon, cannot swap back to sidearm. I am unaware if this solely applies to the level 3 moller, as I have only gone so far into the game, but the one friend I'm playing with is experiencing the same bug. I have double checked by equipping a level 2 klaucke 17 (it works fine) and then re-equipping the moller; restarted the game and the issue persisted; second player disconnected and issue persisted; the key binding to swap to sidearm does not unbind itself during this.
