Can't complete Over and Out, tick missing

**Platform:**
PC / Steam

**Steps To Reproduce:** 
In Over and Out, go to the radio tower in Norra Saltholmen. Go over to the junction box where the tick shoudl be jamming the radio but it's not there. Only the ticks light beam is visible. Bullets will not register the tick either, but instead they hit the junction box.

Re-load the mission with a new character. That should re-spawn it.
