Can't reach the Radio at Saltvallen IP

Description: Can’t activate the radio in the car at Saltvallen IP

Steps To Reproduce: Go to Saltvallen IP, grab the archipelago map, then go to the green Volvo.

Specifications:
I just started over after the June update.
Now, in The Home Team mission , I can’t activate the Radio in the green Volvo (“Löjtnant Anderhage!”). It doesn’t even show the “Press E to listen” text.
Also, the “Find information about the evacuation…” point is checked right after grabbing the archipelago map. Is that how it should be?
