Charging tank freezes game

Platform: PS4 Pro

Description: When fighting a tank, after removal of the weapons under the head, the tank starts charging at the player. When it’s time for the third charge, the game freezes. See images below. This happened twice with military class. I tried in a different location and found a prototype tank. Exactly the same thing happened.

Steps To Reproduce: Fight a tank, remove the two weapons under the head, let it charge at you a few times. Game freezes.

Was it the game that froze or just the tank?

Has anyone tried to reproduce? Is it the same on PC and Xbox?
