I guess, it all depends on how many video’s they have planned to make of Generation Zero. But it seems to me that they will not venture in to DLC-land before the base game is done.
Same here. Using 1c weapons was something I forgot about. I save them up and my mate (he plays GZ as well around his work roster) and I watch them when we do a fortnightly SF TV show watching (being doing that for nearly 30 years now).
Love that you picked up this game. I’m now with you on Patreon. Can’t wait to see you guys up against the big bots or in base defense or, dare I say it, the Reaper. lol. I fully expect Simon to rage quit
Hey thanks! Our editor might check it out!
Im curious about those 3 places you mentioned… where they at?
Just saw the 5th video. It was good. And I don’t think they have it hud-less, I think the scenes that show no hud have the hud and compass cut out. There are many action scenes that do show the hud. Anyway, next one comes in two weeks.
Two of the installments back to back have replaced one of the TV shows my mate and I watch on our regular fortnightly catch ups.
For my taste in the fifth video there was too much “advertising”.
The part with the tank (and the rival harvester) was, compared to that (felt), too short. I was missing a happy end of the fight or at least a cliffhanger with a plan what to do.
On the other hand it showed pretty good, how you feel fighting a tank for the first time. But there could have been more. Retreat, being scared, planless but with an idea how to beat it on the next assault.
You should know by now that I try not focus on the things which I might not like all that much. Especially not when people are putting out creative content for us to enjoy. In my eyes, even the adds were funny or at least they made the effort to make it in GZ style, although I’m not a fan of adds in the middle of a video I grand you that.
They might find other ways to put the adds in. I can imagine they could comment, “hey there’s that crazy dude with the mad GZ-T-shirts” when they pass a stall with merchandise. Or just accidentally shoot up the place. Or ask if he sells bullets. etc.
Yes of course,
This ad-guy is quite funny.
It’s something I didn’t expect at all and humorous. Neebsgaming are creative and show every side of the coin. They do it like I would do. See the funny things about the game and don’t just flame about issues. That’s why I love the vids.
Your ideas for meeting this ad-guy are great. There is so much potential.
I just told my true opinion about this episode and that I expected a bit more after reading the titel. Maybe it helps improving upcoming videos. That’s what constructive feedback is for.
So, @NeebsGaming, keep on making these brilliant show.
Btw.: of course they the game as if it would be, if you would start from the beginning and give it a little bit of spice. But for example I would love to see them using firework boxes after a great success. But actually they are not able to get some, if no one shares them with them. Maybe there could be an episode with a mysterious trader who shares some…
What if for example @Avalanche_Pontus could be a cameo guest?
Love the new episode.
“still don’t see it. Still don’t see it. STILL don’t see it”.
spoiler
Or the situation when they opened the door of the church and a hunter standing just in front of it.
The bike crash… The sleeping tank… The discovery of stora dyrbo… Wonderful!
A pity they didn’t see the text on the barn at Stora Dyrbo warning about the alien inside. I could see the text in the video, and I thought someone would see it…
Maybe next time, after the party.
“Wait, wait. Did you see this yesterday? Has is been there? Did someone check the barn before our party?
”
Party? I have had no invite to no party…
I loved the sleeping tank noises! Love this show.
Can anyone direct us to an easily accessible school or university looking building? Needing an interior shot for our next Uncle Thick commercial in the series.
I’m sorry, but there is no such building.
Everything is almost the same.
In Himarvet, central Himfjäll (DLC Alpine Unrest) there is an enterable police station and in the lower eastern an enterable hotel, but both are parts of missions.
Maybe you could use the interior of the basements (staff section) of a command bunker.
There is a restaurant turned into a meeting place where Marja informs the people in Östervik of the latest news in her resistance newsletters. I has a whiteboard and chairs. That might work.
It’s located near Österviks Hamn (harbour) (1117, 52)
There is perhaps a better place, but I can’t get there anymore since it exploded for me when I did the mission "A Wrench in the Works ". But for you this facility (Redovisningskansli Öst) should still be accessible, but maybe only if you finished the Prerequisite missions:
- “Refueling” (From the Farmlands warboard)
- “Courage, Power and Resilience” (From the Forest warboard)
- “The Old Guard” (From the Marshlands warboard)
- “Lost and Found” (From the Mountains warboard)
This is a picture of the room, so you can see if it’s worth to try this and go there.
The easiest way to get there is via a mountain access red door. This door will scan you for access, so I don’t know if it will open for you. Just give it a try, if it opens you’re in luck, if not, well … you need to many missions, lots of work…, anyway below is the location of the red door.
If it opens, go through a long hallway until you reach narrow stairs going down. Take that stairs. Keep following the hallway until you reach a big stairwell going down several floors. Go down one floor and then head through the red door. It might be a scan door. If you can pass that door, go and find the education/briefing room. Have fun on this adventure.
