Those are the terrain supports for the building props, right? It got raised out of the ground? 
Lol yeah. The wrong kind of level :). And this is Storskogen in the Forest region.

No mods whatsoever on my end. From my perspective, he was simply floating over my base assets. The screen shot showed what he was seeing on his side.

Since I now consider the Storskogen Control Point cursed, I chose to dismantle the base. And it crashed the game as soon as the ‘Abandon’ option was selected. All the reclaimed base supplies vanished as well. That makes two so far with this behavior, the first being Ostra Mark Control Point.
